About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned, hands‑on Marketing Director to join our team and lead the strategic and day‑to‑day marketing efforts within our fast‑paced medical manufacturing environment. This is an onsite role for a leader who thrives in a collaborative, production‑driven setting and enjoys being close to the work, the people, and the products we create.

Requirements

• Proven marketing leader with experience guiding strategy while staying actively involved in daily execution
• Strong background in manufacturing, medical devices, or other regulated industries
• A leader who is energized by being onsite every day, engaging directly with Sales, operations, engineering, and leadership teams
• Bachelor's degree in marketing
• Ability to balance creativity with compliance, and long‑term vision with real‑time problem‑solving
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling messaging
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce and other marketing tools and platforms

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
