We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our pre-opening team. The Director of Marketing will be instrumental in driving topline revenue, brand visibility, and market positioning for the hotel through the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, seasonal campaigns, and compelling activations and experiences. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Viceroy corporate marketing team, this role brings global brand initiatives to life at the property level. Additionally, this role will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all on-property marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a passion for experiential travel, and luxury/lifestyle hospitality, someone who can seamlessly blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving measurable results. The Director of Marketing will have a proven track record working in a similar or more senior marketing leadership role at a luxury city hotel. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing property-level marketing initiatives that align with broader brand strategy, support commercial goals, and elevate the guest experience across all touchpoints. Success in this role requires strong leadership, collaboration, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, knowledge of experiential and luxury travel trends, and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful, on-the-ground campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling moments, while driving performance and accountability.
