Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
Proven ability to think strategically while executing effectively.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy to elevate the Stylecraft name and strengthen market presence.
Create and optimize campaigns to generate qualified traffic and leads, supporting community sales goals.
Manage and continuously improve the digital ecosystem, including website performance, SEO, search engine visibility, online reputation, third-party listings, and social media strategy.
Develop compelling, on-brand content across digital, print, and in-person channels to showcase homes, communities, culture, and values.
