About The Position

DISHER is currently partnering with the largest residential production home builder in West Michigan on their Director of Marketing opportunity. In this role, you will develop and implement the marketing strategies and initiatives that will drive growth and brand recognition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote our residential construction projects, engage with potential buyers, and establish a strong presence in the market. Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
At least 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Exceptional project management and team leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to be onsite 5 days/week.
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth plans for residential construction projects.
Oversee brand development and management, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Lead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive online visibility and lead generation.
Develop compelling content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics to educate and engage our target audience.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and community outreach, to enhance the company's image and reputation.
Oversee advertising campaigns and promotions, both online and offline, to reach potential customers effectively.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that provide a strong ROI.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine and improve strategies.
