The Director of Marketing Strategy & Enrollment Communications serves as the College of Engineering & Computing’s lead marketing strategist for graduate, executive, and corporate audiences, with additional responsibility for undergraduate confirm and yield communications. Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing and Communications, this position develops and executes integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications that advance graduate enrollment, executive education growth, corporate prospect engagement, and undergraduate yield goals. Working in close partnership with the Assistant Dean of Recruitment, Enrollment Management & Student Success (EMSS), academic program leaders, University Marketing & Communications (UMAC), and leaders responsible for executive and corporate engagement, this role translates growth priorities into audience-specific marketing strategies that generate awareness, deepen engagement, support conversion, and improve enrollment and yield outcomes. The Director is responsible for marketing and communications across the graduate and executive prospect journey, including awareness building, inquiry generation, applicant engagement, corporate prospect engagement, conversion, and enrollment yield. For undergraduate audiences, the role focuses primarily on admitted-student engagement, confirm strategy, and yield communications. This role uses marketing technologies, analytics, audience segmentation, digital advertising, CRM platforms, and content strategies to improve marketing performance and support measurable growth objectives. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, data-driven marketing leader with demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, demand generation, campaign planning, audience engagement, enrollment communications, and executive or corporate audience marketing.
