About The Position

Experienced, hands-on marketing and communications professional needed to strategize, develop, and execute targeted integrated marketing, communications, and business development initiatives for nonprofit Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp., a trusted provider of exceptional quality senior living, healthcare, and home care services throughout MetroWest. This individual contributor role offers limited remote work flexibility and is responsible for advancing organizational growth, strengthening brand awareness, supporting occupancy and census goals, and enhancing community engagement across all service lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required
  • Experience in marketing and long-range planning required
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, senior living, home care, or related service industries
  • Experience managing marketing vendors, agencies, consultants, and external partners
  • Understanding of the Aging Service Industry
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • WordPress or comparable Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
  • Social media management platforms
  • Marketing automation and AI-enabled marketing tools (Currently using Talk FURTHER)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of market developments
  • Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, and analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Development of strategic annual marketing plan for senior living, nursing home/rehab center, full-service home health care organizations and any future service lines.
  • Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
  • Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Advises on marketing trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Admissions, Operations, Clinical, and Executive teams to support occupancy, census growth, and service line development.
  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Management/oversight of vendor relationships including digital marketing agency/webmasters, printers, designers, community publications, senior publications, COA publications, videographers, photographers, promotional vendors.
  • Oversees digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC advertising, retargeting campaigns, streaming/CTV advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Creates, prepares and executes effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Develops integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, public relations, and community outreach channels.
  • Copywriting for all marketing materials including print brochures, print ads, video scripts, PPC, website copy, emails, direct mail, social media posts, campaigns to families, and more.
  • Provide analysis of marketing campaign results and present to senior management and Board
  • Maintenance of company website. Oversees website strategy, content development, SEO, user experience optimization, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Manages digital agency and web hosting partnership.
  • Utilization of Constant Contact email platform to create campaigns and target appropriate audiences.
  • Collaboration with MetroWest Senior Centers to sponsor, organize, and execute events.
  • Leads community outreach, educational programming, strategic partnerships, and professional engagement initiatives with senior centers, healthcare providers, referral partners, and community organizations, while representing the organization at industry and community events.
  • Assistance with Recruitment Marketing as needed.
  • Serves as primary liaison for media relations, public relations initiatives, and corporate communications.
