Notre Dame Health Care is seeking a Marketing and Admissions Director for our du lac Assisted Living community. Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration is preferred.
Three-five years of health care experience in marketing, program/business development, and/or public relations within the senior living industry.
Demonstrated success record in meeting sales quotas.
Proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or sales tracking software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven community relations abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite, electronic formats, and database systems.
Possessing a valid driver’s license, and a reliable and insured vehicle.
Ability to flex schedule to attend pertinent evening events and participate in Manager on Duty weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the Vice President of du Lac Assisted Living to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to grow and maintain occupancy.
Fosters relationships with professional referral sources.
Maintains relationships with prospects and families.
Develops and executes du Lac Assisted Living's marketing plan.
Manages digital marketing campaigns.
Attends professional networking and community events.
Fields inquiry calls.
Conducts residence tours.
Generates admissions for the assisted living community.
Attends industry-related continuing education seminars.
Manages the annual marketing budget.
Participates as a member of the facilities leadership team, campus manager team, and as a lead member of the NDHC marketing team.
