$100,000 - $150,000Remote

About The Position

The Director of Market Solutions, Bleeding Disorders, owns sales execution and revenue growth across a national portfolio of Comprehensive Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs). This role drives the full sales cycle — prospecting, relationship development, contract negotiation, and pull-through — to protect existing HTC relationships and grow bleeding disorder market share. The Director builds strategic partnerships with organizations such as The Hemophilia Alliance, The National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, 340B Health, and the 340B Prime Vendor Program to create new referral and sales opportunities, and partners with supply chain, operations, and compliance teams to ensure 340B program execution supports—rather than slows—revenue growth. Success in this role is measured by pipeline conversion, account retention, and market share gains within the bleeding disorders franchise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to execute and operationalize initiatives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare safety, clinical, regulatory, and operational management principles.
  • Ability to execute and operationalize enterprise strategies set by executive leadership.
  • Ability to direct, manage, and evaluate multi-site, multi-service pharmacy operations.
  • Strong analytics, financial and operational management skills, with the ability to balance budgets and optimize contracts.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing operational teams.
  • Ability to leverage analytics, AI, and cohort insights to achieve measurable improvements in patient care and financial outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree or Juris Doctorate Preferred.
  • 340B and Apexus certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle sales execution for an assigned portfolio of Comprehensive Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) — prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Build and execute a territory business plan that translates enterprise strategy into account-level revenue targets, pipeline milestones, and market share goals for the bleeding disorders franchise.
  • Drive pull-through on every signed HTC agreement, partnering with Regional Directors, Territory Managers, and Reimbursement Specialists to ensure referral pathways convert into active patients at the volumes committed in the contract.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for HTC leadership, clinicians, and pharmacy staff — protecting existing revenue strongholds and identifying expansion opportunities within each account.
  • Introduce the assigned Regional Director and/or Territory Manager into the HTC relationship once rapport is established, ensuring a seamless handoff that sustains account continuity and pull-through.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities by researching prospective HTCs and analyzing their competitive and referral landscape.
  • Track account-level performance — referral volume, dispensing activity, and revenue — and take corrective action quickly whenever performance trends below plan.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of bleeding disorder disease states, therapies, and the competitive landscape to differentiate InfuCare Rx in every sales conversation.
  • Cultivate relationships with organizations that generate sales and referral opportunities — including The Hemophilia Alliance, The National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, 340B Health, and the 340B Prime Vendor Program — and convert those relationships into pipeline.
  • Represent InfuCare Rx at national and regional bleeding disorders conferences, HTC events, and community-based educational opportunities; generate and follow up on leads.
  • Support pharmacy financial and operational functions relevant to HTC agreements — business planning, contract analysis, and dispensing activity — with oversight from the AVP of Market Solutions and/or Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring the 340B relationship remains a revenue driver rather than a barrier to one.
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and compliance teams so 340B program execution at each HTC supports uninterrupted patient care and referral flow.
  • Provide input on regional meeting and convention content and deliver sales-focused presentations that advance the pipeline.
  • Report pipeline status, account performance, and market share results to Market Solutions leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Remain current on company training, regulatory courses, and product knowledge required to sell effectively and compliantly.
  • Maintain quality of service by upholding organizational standards across every HTC relationship.
  • Must be willing to travel to support territory coverage.
  • Oversee the 340B HTC Inventory Maintenance program compliance to ensure prevention of diversion. Diversion in the context of the HRSA Office of Pharmacy Affairs refers to the improper dispensing of 340B drugs to patients who are not eligible, such as when a drug is dispensed at a contract pharmacy for a prescription written at an ineligible site. This practice violates the regulations of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
  • Work with covered entity and supply chain to resolve unmatched NDC to NDC crosswalk items ensuring the prevention of diversion of 340B inventory to non-qualifying patients.
  • Working with Supply Chain, review the activity of component NDC units and adjust the accumulated inventories as necessary to ensure prevention of diversion. This is a complex situation with assay variations in bleeding factor products.
  • Review of unusually large accumulations with covered entity and supply chain to prevent diversion.
  • Monitors and assesses 340B guidance and/or rule changes.
  • Ensures that the 340B pharmacy program is continuously compliant with 340B federal regulations.
  • Develops knowledge and maintains awareness of current regulations, trends, and issues pertaining to the 340B program.
  • Collaborates with the Prime Vendor Program, pharmacy leadership, and contracted 340B institutions.
  • Develops, executes, and documents self-audits of the 340B process. Ordinates and ensures remediation of findings.
  • Reviews and monitors all points of service where 340B participation occurs in the HTC relationship, to ensure policy and procedure compliance, covered entity eligibility, and “covered patient” eligibility.
  • Responsible for managing and troubleshooting Covered Entity Ship to-Bill to billing issues and ensuring that adequate systems checks are reviewed to prevent billing and reconciliation issues.
  • In conjunction with Covered Entity, evaluates patient eligibility for qualified and non-qualified 340B dispensed medications by reviewing patient medical records, insurance plans, and HRSA OPAIS database.
  • Serves as the primary internal program coordinator and liaison for all 340B-related matters related to HTC.
  • Serves as the organizational “compliance expert” on 340B regarding program details, policies, and procedures of both the virtual and physical inventory processes.
  • Serves as primary internal liaison to key stakeholders to help ensure appropriate utilization of the 340B program and compliance with all program requirements.
  • Acts as the liaison with necessary departments to ensure 340B program integrity.
  • Collaborate with AVP of Market Solutions.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Finance.
  • Serves as the point person and coordinator for all audits.
  • Coordinates all requests and responses.
  • Maintains a current state of “audit readiness”.
  • Provides oversight for all audits performed by external auditors.
  • In the course of executing duties, the Director will be attending various conferences and events and has the opportunity to interact with the bleeding disorders community. In that regard, the director may onboard any patients, as such this role is eligible for the standard Bleeding Disorder director bonus for that activity.
  • Assists in monitoring reports to ensure compliance with the program.
  • Reviews 340B cost savings reports for each HTC Covered Entity contract.
  • Routinely communicates any issues or concerns with Market Solutions leadership.
