About The Position
Skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee daily facility operations and building maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required
- Strong building maintenance and repair experience required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality service
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance and facility operations
- Coordinate repairs and prioritize maintenance needs
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure building systems and equipment are functioning properly
- Supervise maintenance staff and departmental responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, State, and Federal regulations
- Support a safe and welcoming environment throughout the facility
