Director of Logistics
About The Position
Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Logistics to lead all logistics, warehousing, material stores, inventory management, transportation, and ERP-enabled supply chain execution activities for the Tempe Aerospace site. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing and distribution network while supporting operational excellence, inventory accuracy, customer delivery performance, and regulatory compliance. The Director of Logistics will provide leadership for Material Stores operations, logistics planning, inventory control, warehouse management, transportation, and ERP process governance. This leader will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and IT teams to optimize material flow and drive continuous improvement across the site. A strong background in ERP systems leadership and implementation is required, with demonstrated experience leveraging ERP platforms to improve inventory visibility, transaction accuracy, planning effectiveness, and operational performance.
