About The Position

The role requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including those related to manufacturing, supply, distribution, wholesale, retail, fulfillment, technology, staffing, agency, creator, athlete, influencer, sponsorship, event, league, and services. The Director will also advise on product development, sourcing, overseas manufacturing, importation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, consumer protection, product safety, warranties, and related regulatory matters. Additionally, the role involves advising on advertising claims, product substantiation, endorsements, promotions, social media, publicity rights, and other consumer-facing communications.
