Requirements

10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Technical Training, or Workforce Development with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience building programs, frameworks, or processes that drive workforce capability
Track record managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives
Hands-on experience with LMS and LXP platforms, including adoption and measuring effectiveness
Ability to influence and partner with Operations, Safety, and HR leaders
Strategic vision with strong execution skills
Customer-focused mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or equipment-driven environments preferred
Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
