Position Overview The Director of Learning & Development (L&D) will be responsible for building and scaling programs that strengthen leadership capabilities, accelerate executive onboarding, and embed critical thinking across the organization. This role will design and execute strategies that ensure leaders at every level are equipped to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment. We are seeking a proven L&D executive who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder, someone who can partner with senior leadership, design impactful learning journeys, and create a culture of continuous growth. Note: This position is hybrid, requiring working 2 days per week out of our midtown NYC office.
