The Role: Area Director of Learning and Development This role will be overseeing Learning and Development for (3) of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts properties in the Keys: Little Palm Island Resort & Spa; Ocean Key Resort & Spa; and The Marquesa Hotel. We are looking for this role to be located in the Keys and on-site. The Locations: Little Palm Island Resort and Spa is located on Little Torch Key, FL, situated on a private Island. Little Palm is accessible only from the shore station by our private ferry. With only 30 luxury suites, a Balinese-style spa, the main attraction is the exclusive waterside dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with sunset views and fire pits for enjoying a nightcap. With an award-winning fare, uncompromising service within a luxurious, yet comfortable island atmosphere. For the last two years, they have been awarded a Michelin Key for Hotels, Three Keys. Located in the heart of the action with exquisite sunsets and Mallory Square in our backyard. The Marquesa Hotel is nestled in and around three charmingly restored historic homes, along with its renowned restaurant, Cafe Marquesa.
