About The Position

The Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking a strategic, people-centered learning leader to join their dynamic organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in learning and development or organizational behavior.
  • Strategic learning leader with the ability to design and execute enterprise‑wide development initiatives aligned to organizational goals and change priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with experience leveraging data, LMS platforms, and e‑learning technologies to drive decisions and program effectiveness.
  • Trusted, people‑centered leader who builds strong partnerships, handles sensitive information with discretion, develops high‑performing teams, and advances culture and capability through learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in Instructional Design preferred.
