The Director of Learning & Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for setting and executing the enterprise learning strategy for Albertsons Companies. This leader will oversee the National Learning team and drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions that enable business performance, build critical capabilities, and create meaningful growth opportunities for associates. This role partners closely with senior business leaders, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders across the National and Division teams to align learning initiatives with enterprise priorities. The Director will ensure that learning programs not only enhance associate skills and career progression but also strengthen culture, improve engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a key member of the Associate Experience & Development leadership team, this role will champion a culture of continuous learning and ensure the organization is equipped to meet current and future business needs.
