Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA
  • Ability to lead a caseload with ownership and accountability
  • Collaborative, supportive mindset and love for working with families
  • Interest in growth, leadership, and shaping a positive team culture

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing a minimum of 20 supervision hours per week
  • Overseeing the entirety of the caseload from a clinical and leadership perspective
  • Supporting technician retention through strong leadership, coaching, and team engagement
  • Supporting learner retention through quality programming, family partnership, and consistent outcomes
  • Leading with accountability for both learner progress and technician performance
  • Collaborating with families and team members to create a supportive, high-quality care experience
  • Focusing on clinical leadership without scheduling responsibilities
