About The Position

Autism 360 is a locally owned ABA provider focused on high-quality, child-centered services and strong clinical support. They design their centers and programs so leaders can focus on meaningful clinical work, team development, and family partnership — not constant billable hour pressure. The Gastonia center is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed center that helps prevent burnout and keeps therapy engaging and fun, featuring outdoor playgrounds, movement-friendly spaces, sensory rooms, individualized therapy rooms, group learning environments, and a PREP360 school-readiness program. This role is designed for a BCBA to slow down, think clinically, lead with purpose, and feel good about the care they provide.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with minimum 2 years’ experience
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA
Ability to lead a caseload with ownership and accountability
Collaborative, supportive mindset and love for working with families
Interest in growth, leadership, and shaping a positive team culture

Nice To Haves

Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred

Responsibilities

Providing a minimum of 20 supervision hours per week
Overseeing the entirety of the caseload from a clinical and leadership perspective
Supporting technician retention through strong leadership, coaching, and team engagement
Supporting learner retention through quality programming, family partnership, and consistent outcomes
Leading with accountability for both learner progress and technician performance
Collaborating with families and team members to create a supportive, high-quality care experience
Focusing on clinical leadership without scheduling responsibilities
