Autism 360 is seeking an experienced and compassionate BCBA to fill the role of Director of Learner Services. This clinical leadership position offers the opportunity to lead a clinical team, mentor RBTs, shape the quality of care within a clinic, and make a meaningful impact on learners and families. The role is designed with defined caseload expectations, operational partnership, protected clinical leadership time, and clear expectations to support effective leadership. The Director of Learner Services will serve as the clinical leader for assigned learners and their team, balancing hands-on clinical work with mentorship, team development, and clinical oversight. Key aspects of the role include leading clinical quality, treatment outcomes, and ABA programming; providing supervision hours; overseeing service codes according to North Carolina Medicaid and payer requirements; developing data-driven treatment plans; supervising and mentoring RBTs; providing clinical feedback; building relationships with families; upholding standards for supervision and documentation; partnering with clinic operations on staffing and retention; and fostering a positive clinic culture. The position also involves identifying and mentoring future clinical leaders.
