About The Position
Autism 360 is seeking an experienced and compassionate BCBA to fill the role of Director of Learner Services in Hickory, NC. This clinical leadership position offers the opportunity to lead a clinical team, mentor RBTs, shape the quality of care, and continue making a meaningful impact with learners and families. The role is designed with defined caseload expectations, operational partnership, protected clinical leadership time, and clear expectations to support effective leadership and work-life balance. The Director of Learner Services will lead clinical quality, treatment outcomes, and ABA programming, provide supervision, oversee service codes, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, build relationships with families, uphold standards, partner with operations, and foster a positive clinic culture. Autism 360 is a large, privately held autism services provider in North Carolina, focused on building systems tailored to the needs of the local community.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- North Carolina licensure or willingness to obtain it
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, data-driven ABA practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coach and hold team members accountable while creating a supportive environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, RBTs, clinical peers, and operations partners
- Ability to work full-time and in person
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership, supervision, or mentorship experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality, treatment outcomes, and ABA programming for your assigned caseload
- Provide a minimum of 25 supervision hours per week
- Oversee other applicable service codes in accordance with North Carolina Medicaid, payer, and state requirements
- Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop RBTs
- Provide thoughtful clinical feedback and help your team grow professionally
- Build collaborative, trusting relationships with learners' families
- Establish and uphold strong standards for supervision, documentation, and clinical best practices
- Partner with clinic operations on staffing, onboarding, RBT retention, and team support
- Create a clinic culture that balances accountability, encouragement, collaboration, and FUN
- Identify and mentor future clinical leaders within Autism 360
