About The Position
Responsible for oversight of the Laboratory operations and personnel performing testing and reporting test results. The Laboratory Director is under the primary administrative supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer and primary medical supervision of the Pathologists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Required national registration by the ASCP or equivalent or equally qualified through examination by the Health Education and Welfare accreditation program.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years laboratory experience.
- Must have management experience.
- Must have strong organizational skills along with problem resolution skills.
- Must have strong employee relation skills and patient management skills.
- Operational ability in all lab areas.
