Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Director of IT to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The Director of Information Technology provides leadership and strategic direction for all technology operations at Southland Casino Hotel. This role oversees IT infrastructure, support services, technology projects, vendor relationships, and the property IT team while ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant technology services that support casino, hotel, and business operations in a 24x7 environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may substitute
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive information technology experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Experience leading IT teams and supporting complex, business-critical technology environments
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, cloud technologies, and end-user computing
  • Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and capital projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call support as business needs require

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Southland IT team, including employee development, performance management, succession planning, and daily operational support.
  • Oversee the support, maintenance, and availability of technology infrastructure, systems, networks, telecommunications, and end-user services.
  • Develop and execute property technology strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Manage IT operating and capital budgets, including planning, forecasting, and technology investment recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate technology standards, cybersecurity requirements, regulatory obligations, and audit controls.
  • Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and incident response processes.
  • Lead technology-related projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements from planning through implementation.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with property leadership, corporate IT teams, and technology vendors.
  • Monitor technology service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure technology services remain available and responsive for a 24x7 casino and hospitality operation, including on-call and after-hours support when required.
