About The Position

This is a contract role for a Director of IT Services located onsite in Jackson, MS. The position requires more than 10 years of experience. The Director will lead enterprise IT infrastructure and daily IT operations, oversee cloud services, cloud migration, governance, and disaster recovery. Responsibilities also include managing network, telecommunications, infrastructure, and end-user support, leading major incident management, outage response, and root cause analysis, and managing technology vendors, contracts, SOWs, and service performance. The role involves establishing ITSM processes for incident, problem, change, request, and service management, partnering with cybersecurity teams on HIPAA, CMS, and state security requirements, and leading IT modernization and infrastructure improvement initiatives. The Director will also develop SOPs, dashboards, and executive-level status reports, and work closely with the CIO/CTO and other IT leadership teams.
