About The Position
The Director of Investigations plays a critical leadership role in advancing the University’s ethics and compliance program, with primary responsibility for complex investigations, hotline oversight, and institutional risk management. This role ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and University policies while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the campus community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Leads independent and high-profile investigations.
- Oversees and modernizes the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Hotline and investigation process.
- Serves as a central coordination point among investigative and stakeholder units.
- Provides strategic guidance to university leadership and key partners.
- Supervises investigative staff.
- Ensures timely, fair, and effective resolution of compliance concerns in alignment with institutional values and regulatory expectations.
