About The Position

The Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications will lead a team of four, oversee premier agencies of record (Media, PR, Digital, Influencer), and drive multi-channel campaigns across major product lines that reach millions of households nationwide. The brand is an iconic, $1B+ national consumer packaged goods (CPG) food & beverage brand, backed by private equity investment, combining a mission-driven origin story with massive national scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of Relevant Experience: Progressive track record in CPG, advertising agencies, or strategic media roles with direct people-leadership experience.
  • Integrated Marketing Mastery: Proven success managing complex multi-channel budgets, agency partners, digital/social programs, and performance media.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Growth-oriented, strategic thinker, and collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Exposure to food & beverage CPG, natural/mission-led brands, or private equity-backed organizations is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with brand strategy and omnichannel teams to design, execute, and measure high-impact marketing initiatives that boost household penetration and brand equity.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies of record for brand advertising, PR, search, and performance media—optimizing media planning and maximizing marketing ROI (mROI).
  • Direct the strategy for always-on paid search, influencer/creator programs, and digital execution to elevate brand relevance.
  • Spearhead annual marketing planning, brief-writing workshops, and investment allocations across product categories.
  • Coach and develop a team of four marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee consumer connection channels, partnering closely with Quality and Legal teams on message optimization and crisis readiness.
