Position Summary The Director of Infrastructure, Cloud & Enterprise Platforms is responsible for the leadership, strategy, architecture, delivery, security, and operational performance of the organization's technology infrastructure. This role oversees all infrastructure services from Helpdesk through Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Operations while enabling business-critical platforms, enterprise integrations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. The Director will lead the modernization of infrastructure services, drive cloud adoption across Azure and AWS environments, optimize operational performance, manage strategic technology partners, and ensure infrastructure services support both national and global business objectives. This role leads a team of approximately 10 technology professionals and works closely with business leaders, application teams, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and global delivery organizations to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
