About The Position

eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a Director, Infrastructure & Cloud Platforms for a 14-month term opportunity to provide maternity leave coverage. This role involves overseeing critical infrastructure and cloud services, driving modernization initiatives, and shaping the future delivery of technology services in healthcare across Saskatchewan. The position offers the chance to lead high-impact projects and gain exposure to unique challenges and opportunities within a complex, province-wide health technology environment. eHealth Saskatchewan powers the digital systems connecting care teams, patients, and information, managing Vital Statistics, health card services, and MySaskHealthRecord. Requirements

• A degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Progressive leadership experience overseeing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, technology operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading business operations, including budgeting, workforce planning and staff management, and service delivery.
• A customer-centered leadership approach, with experience driving decisions that improve outcomes and deliver value to the organizations and people we serve.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to align technology investments and initiatives with organizational goals.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives, modernization efforts, and organizational change.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, organizations, and stakeholder groups.
• A proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Sound judgment, integrity, and a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of eHealth Saskatchewan's enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Drive modernization initiatives that strengthen reliability, security, and service performance.
• Oversee critical technology services that support health care delivery across Saskatchewan.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors, and health system stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on service excellence and innovation.
• Shape the future of infrastructure services while gaining valuable experience in a complex, province-wide health technology environment.
