We are seeking a Director of Information Technology (IT) & Digital Productivity who will be responsible for leading enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role serves as a key partner to business leaders, ensuring technology capabilities align with company objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within a mid-sized organization
  • Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing environments (Oracle, SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management
  • Experience managing IT operations across multiple sites or regions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IT and digital strategies aligned with business and manufacturing goals
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Identify and implement automation, AI, and digital tools that deliver measurable ROI
  • Provide strategic input on technology trends and competitive positioning
  • Own and execute enterprise data strategy, including governance and architecture
  • Establish scalable data platforms to enable advanced analytics and real-time decision-making
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver data-driven insights that improve performance
  • Define and track KPIs for IT effectiveness and business impact
  • Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and applications across all locations
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
  • Drive IT service delivery excellence and user support effectiveness
  • Support ERP and manufacturing systems integration and optimization
  • Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management programs
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO)
  • Oversee incident response, business continuity, and data protection initiatives
  • Lead, develop, and mentor IT team members, including succession planning
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
