About The Position
Join one of the most successful privately owned residential HVAC companies in the DFW metroplex. We are seeking a Senior Residential HVAC Instructor to be the ultimate technical authority for our workforce. You will guide new hires through an intensive bootcamp and provide ongoing mentorship to our veteran service team in our 7,000 square foot lab. We believe in taking care of our people, which is why we pay 80% of our employees health premiums and operate a massive internal training academy.
Requirements
- 7 plus years in residential heating and air conditioning service.
- Experience teaching technicians/installers in the field.
- Expertise in two stage and variable speed systems.
- EPA Certification required.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass all home service background requirements.
Responsibilities
