The Human Resources Director provides leadership and support for Lumen Field, a fast-paced, high-profile professional sports stadium and multi-purpose facility. This role supports an environment that includes NFL & MLS operations, stadium operations, concerts, international sporting events, private events and year-round business functions. In collaboration with the Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) and the Managing Director of Human Resources the primary responsibilities include employee and labor relations, union partnership and CBA administration, workplace investigations, performance management, employee coaching and counseling, talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, training initiatives, employee engagement, policy development, employee records, compliance and workplace safety. The Human Resources Director serves as a trusted advisor, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion and operational excellence while supporting the organization's strategic business objectives and exceptional event experience.
