About The Position
Empire Marketing Strategies is seeking a hands-on, business-focused HR Director to lead their HR function. This role requires strong experience in multi-state HR compliance, self-funded benefits, and strategic partnership with leadership. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Senior-level HR leadership experience.
- Strong background in multi-state HR compliance and self-funded benefits.
- Business-minded, hands-on leader with strong communication and judgment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on organizational growth.
- Manage Self-funded benefit plans and implement cost-control strategies.
- Ensure multi-state compliance and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
