Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience handling employee relations and compliance issues
• SHRM or PHR certification
• Strong HRIS experience
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
• Confident, practical leadership style — comfortable making decisions
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working on-site in an operational setting

Responsibilities

• Lead the full HR function at the site level, balancing strategy with execution.
• Lead recruitment strategy and hiring for a manufacturing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Guide disciplinary actions and ensure fair, consistent practices.
• Identify training needs and implement development programs.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS accuracy.
• Lead and support the HR team, setting clear priorities and direction.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to plant and operational leadership.
