This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the President and CEO. As a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Human Resources will be the principal architect of Stoneside’s human resources strategy. The role involves designing, implementing, and refining HR systems, processes, and training to support the company's scaling, primarily for its remote workforce of 90+ teammates. The Director will also champion Stoneside's unique culture and core values, ensuring the company remains an exceptional place to work.
