We're looking for a Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and help shape the future of our growing organization. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role provides strategic leadership while remaining actively involved in all facets of Human Resources. You'll lead an HR team of two HR Managers and one HR Administrator while serving as the primary HR partner for our Corporate employee group of approximately 92 employees. In addition, you'll provide enterprise-wide leadership across multiple divisions—including Food & Beverage, Operating Entities, Real Estate, and Construction—ensuring consistent HR practices, compliance, and exceptional employee support throughout the organization.
