This position is responsible for creating a positive working environment, communicating effectively, operating efficiently and effectively, and applying critical and strategic principles. The Director of Human Resources will develop and lead a strategic recruitment and retention plan, oversee all aspects of human resource operations, support the leadership team, serve as a liaison to college and university partners, manage complex employee relations, lead internal investigations, organize and provide education on HR practices, serve as executive liaison to the employee engagement committee, and develop procedures and audits for accuracy and follow-through.
