The position will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission. The Director of HR serves as a member of the management team and partners with facility leadership to translate HR strategy into actionable plans for the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The Director of HR is an expert in the field, with the broad capability to consult on all areas of HR programs including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, and leave; organizational development; employee relations, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigation; staffing, talent acquisition, performance, and management; productivity, recognition and morale; employee health and safety; and training and development. Responsible to provide for the safety and quality of care, treatment, and services of all patients by working with other leaders to review and approve policies and procedures, solve problems, manage conflict, maintain ethical standards, and ensure practices that promote a just culture.
