As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead the HR function with the expectation of building on a strong foundation and continuing to raise the standard across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing Human Resources practices, strategies, and objectives that support an employee-oriented, high-performance culture built on empowerment, accountability, goal achievement, leadership development, and the recruitment and retention of a first-class workforce. This is not simply an administrative HR role. The Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Team and Department Managers, providing leadership, guidance, and practical support on people-related matters across the business. The right candidate will bring the experience, confidence, and drive to lead the HR function at a high level, strengthen existing programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and help move the organization forward. The Director of Human Resources will have overall responsibility for the HR function throughout the company, including strategy development, policy and program execution, employee relations, compliance, talent development, recruiting, performance management, and the leadership of the Human Resources team. This individual must be capable of owning the seat, improving the function, and contributing as a strong business leader—not just maintaining what already exists.
