The Director of Human Resources shall support the company by promoting, communicating, and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives. This role involves building and maintaining influential relationships by being a strategic partner with Executive Management, Directors and Managers, and an advocate for employees. The Director oversees all HR professionals within the organization, provides guidance on employment law, coordinates performance management, and resolves employee relations issues. This position also provides advanced level guidance on human resources policies and procedures such as payroll, benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting. The Director works collaboratively with both the National Service Center and the Clinical Diagnostics HR Teams.
