About The Position

This role is responsible for leading recruiting and employee relations functions, managing HR staff, and developing HR policies and procedures. The Director will support leaders with coaching, conflict resolution, and performance guidance, and will conduct investigations, audits, and compliance checks. Key responsibilities also include overseeing onboarding, training, and harassment-prevention programs, preparing responses for unemployment claims, and supporting legal matters. The position involves presenting HR updates, recommending personnel actions, and maintaining HR records in compliance with regulations. Additional HR functions will also be supported as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional HR experience
  • Extensive training and hands-on experience in Recruiting (full-cycle, high-volume, technical or manufacturing preferred)
  • Extensive training and hands-on experience in Employee relations (investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, corrective action)
  • Leadership experience, including: Managing HR teams (Administrators, Generalists)
  • Leadership experience, including: Coaching and mentoring employees at all organizational levels
  • Advanced proficiency with Word processing tools
  • Advanced proficiency with Spreadsheet tools (Excel or equivalent)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or electronics environments
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies
