The beautiful Marriott Boston Quincy is seeking an on-site Director of Human Resources, People and Culture. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience within a hotel environment is required.
Marriott brand experience and knowledge of Marriott HR systems and platforms is required.
Proven experience driving associate engagement and culture initiatives
Strong employee relations and leadership coaching background
Ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leaders
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Nice To Haves

Full-service hotel experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serves as a key member of the hotel Executive Committee and provides strategic leadership across all areas of associate relations, engagement, leadership development, recruitment, training, performance management, culture-building, and HR compliance.
Focuses heavily on strengthening associate engagement, fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture, and developing leaders at all levels of the organization.
Is highly visible, approachable, operationally engaged, and passionate about creating meaningful associate experiences that ultimately elevate the guest experience.
Manages Associate Engagement and Culture, Leadership Development and Human Resources Operations.
