About The Position
Little Palm Island is a unique luxury resort located on a private island, accessible only by private ferry. It features 30 luxury suites, a Balinese-style spa, and waterside dining. The resort recently underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation after Hurricane Irma. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by leading a team that provides exceptional care, discretion, and attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful, remote island setting and create unforgettable moments for guests.

Responsibilities
- Leading all housekeeping operations at Little Palm Island.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the resort.
- Overseeing the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory.
- Maintaining the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Consistently delivering Little Palm Island’s standards of excellence.
