Requirements

  • Ability to lift bend, stop, squat and stretch to fulfil cleaning and repair tasks
  • Work hour flexibility including late afternoon, weekend and holidays
  • Lead, coach, and develop Housekeeping team members and supervisors
  • Identify training needs and ensure consistent staff development
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Housekeeping supervisory experience
  • Able to speak a second language
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and decision-making skills
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office functions and any required business software

Responsibilities

  • Ensures an excellent quality of service is provided to the customers in a timely manner.
  • Assures 100% guest satisfaction while taking responsibility for each guest.
  • Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
  • Maintains positive internal and external communication while creating relationships.
  • Is familiar with all services, features and local activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Oversee daily Housekeeping operations in a hotel environment
  • Manage departmental budgets, payroll forecasting, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety regulations, and brand policies
  • Lead inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards across all areas
  • Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor room status, discrepancies, and operational reporting systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory of linen, supplies, and amenities
  • Analyze staffing needs based on occupancy and adjust accordingly
