The Director of Housekeeping supports the Rooms Division in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. The Director also oversees the department team of room attendants, managers & supervisors, and other staff, managing inventory, cost control, budget planning & oversight, and especially training.
