This role oversees the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort. The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury hospitality leader who is highly organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. The Executive Housekeeper works closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations and consistently delivers Little Palm Island’s standards of excellence.
