This role is a lifestyle, where the Executive Housekeeper plays a key role in guest experience by leading a team that provides exceptional care, discretion, and attention to detail in a luxurious, comfortable island atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Leading all housekeeping operations at Little Palm Island.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the resort.
- Overseeing the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory.
- Maintaining the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Consistently delivering Little Palm Island’s standards of excellence.
