Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve established standards for service, quality and profit for all operations of Front Office, Hotel Services, PBX, Laundry; Housekeeping, Valet, Wardrobe, and Spa departments, according to established standards to provide maximum customer / team member service and satisfaction while achieving financial goals.
