About The Position

GrapeTree Medical Staffing is evaluating expansion into the private pay, non-medical home care industry and is seeking an experienced leader to help assess, develop, and potentially lead this business line. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this individual will play a key role in determining the viability of the opportunity, developing the operating model, and building a scalable platform for future growth. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership to determine whether GrapeTree enters the home care market and, if approved, lead the development and growth of the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in private pay, non-medical home care
  • Proven track record of growing client census, revenue, and profitability
  • Experience leading caregiver recruitment, scheduling, and retention
  • Strong understanding of referral development, community partnerships, and client acquisition
  • Experience managing operational and financial performance

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the market opportunity and provide recommendations to executive leadership
  • Develop the business plan, operating model, and growth strategy
  • Build operational processes, performance metrics, and staffing structures
  • Lead caregiver recruitment and client acquisition initiatives
  • Establish referral relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, case managers, and other community partners
  • Provide guidance on technology, compliance, licensing, and operational best practices
