About The Position

We are a respected plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients and delivering exceptional results. Our firm is expanding its outreach within the Spanish-speaking community and is seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional to serve as the face of our firm for client intake, community engagement, and marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who is personable, organized, and passionate about helping people. The Director of Hispanic Client Relations & Marketing will serve as a key liaison between the firm and our Spanish-speaking clients and community. This role combines new client intake, community outreach, brand representation, and client testimonial coordination. You will be responsible for building trust with clients, helping convert new leads into signed cases, and helping showcase real client experiences through video testimonials and social media content.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with clients
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Experience in client services, intake, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred
  • Professional, energetic, and empathetic persona

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in personal injury law or legal intake is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Client Intake & Case Onboarding Handle Spanish-speaking client inquiries by phone, online, and in person
  • Conduct initial intake interviews and gather case information
  • Assist potential clients through the retainer and onboarding process
  • Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into signed clients
  • Coordinate with attorneys and case staff to ensure smooth transitions
  • Client Experience & Testimonials Build strong relationships with ongoing clients
  • Coordinate and film client testimonial videos and reviews
  • Obtain proper authorizations and releases
  • Help clients feel comfortable sharing their stories
  • Community Outreach & Brand Representation Represent the firm at community events and outreach initiatives
  • Develop relationships within the Spanish-speaking community
  • Serve as a professional and compassionate ambassador of the firm
  • Help expand referral networks and local visibility
  • Marketing Support Assist in creating Spanish-language marketing content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on social media and video initiatives
  • Help identify client success stories and marketing opportunities
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide reviews and referrals
