The Bilingual Director of the High School Equivalency Program (HEP) provides leadership, management, and oversight for a federally funded program that supports eligible migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their immediate family members in obtaining a high school equivalency credential, such as the GED. The Director ensures that participants receive academic instruction, support services, and career transition guidance that lead to high school equivalency completion and successful transition to postsecondary education, employment, or workforce training. This position plays a critical role in developing partnerships and expanding educational access for underserved communities. The Director reports to the Vice President of External Affairs and works collaboratively with college leadership, faculty, staff, and community partners to achieve program goals and ensure compliance with federal grant requirements.
