About The Position

The Director of Healthcare Support Services provides senior-level operational and financial leadership for ABM’s Healthcare Food & Nutrition Services and Environmental Services (EVS) programs across a national portfolio of acute care and specialty hospital accounts. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strong client engagement across complex healthcare environments. The Director serves as a trusted operational leader, supporting multi-site teams, driving best practices, and ensuring high standards of service excellence for hospital clients. This position requires a hands-on leadership approach, strong healthcare operations expertise, and the ability to operate effectively across geographically dispersed accounts while maintaining strong relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders.
